OrthoSleeve was founded in 2008 by Dave Higgins, who has grown the company into a "Three-Generation" enterprise, with his son, Josh, serving as President, and his grandson, DK, as Operations Manager. The company is built on the collective manufacturing leadership and medical device/sports industry consulting experience of the Higgins family.

To ensure a proper fit, it's important to measure correctly when choosing the right size for our OrthoSleeve Compression Knee Sleeves. These sleeves are designed to fit snugly while maximizing circulation, balance, and stability, as well as reducing knee pain.

To measure, sit down and measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit. Our sizing chart provides the following guidelines:

Small: 11-12 inches / 28-30 cm Medium: 13-15 inches / 32-39 cm Large: 16-18 inches / 40-47 cm X-Large: 19-21 inches / 48-54 cm 2X-Large: 22-24 inches / 55-62 cm 3X-Large: 25-27 inches / 63-69 cm 4X-Large: 27-34 inches / 70-86 cm

Our knee sleeves are designed to provide moderate to firm medical-grade compression, so they should fit snugly to ensure you get the necessary support. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

To maintain the quality of your OrthoSleeve knee brace, hand wash it and allow it to air dry. We also recommend wearing the brace for up to 8 hours at a time, taking a break of at least 2 hours before continuing to wear it.
